   The Application may use push notifications to inform the user about news, updates, changes in functionality, and other important information.

   The operation of notifications depends on the device settings and the permissions granted by the user.

7. Intellectual Property

   All rights to the Application, including the code, design, text, and logos, belong to the CardFly developer, unless otherwise stated.

   Copying, modification, or distribution of the Application without the rights holder's permission is prohibited.

8. Changes to the Terms

   The developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

   Continued use of the Application after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination of Use

   The user may stop using the Application at any time by removing it from their device.

1. Загальні положення

   Додаток CardFly призначений для зберігання, організації та використання цифрових карток, штрих-кодів, QR-кодів та іншої інформації, доданої користувачем.

   Додаток надається для особистого некомерційного використання.

2. Функціональність Додатка

   Додаток дозволяє користувачу:

   • сканувати та зберігати штрих-коди і QR-коди;

   • створювати власні цифрові картки (включаючи контактні, Wi-Fi та інші типи);

   • організовувати та переглядати збережені дані;

   • використовувати коди для відображення на касі або передачі іншим користувачам.

3. Дані користувача

   Усі дані, додані до Додатка, зберігаються локально на пристрої користувача.

   Користувач несе повну відповідальність за інформацію, яку він додає, зберігає або передає за допомогою Додатка.

4. Відповідальність користувача

   Користувач зобов’язується:

   • використовувати Додаток відповідно до законодавства;

   • не використовувати Додаток для зберігання або передачі незаконного контенту;

   • самостійно перевіряти актуальність та коректність доданих даних.

5. Обмеження відповідальності

   Розробник не несе відповідальності за:

   • втрату або пошкодження даних користувача;

   • некоректне зчитування або відображення кодів;

   • неможливість використання кодів у сторонніх сервісах або магазинах;

   • будь-які прямі або непрямі збитки, пов’язані з використанням Додатка.

   Додаток надається на умовах «як є» (as is), без будь-яких гарантій.

6. Сповіщення

   Додаток може використовувати push-сповіщення для інформування користувача про новини, оновлення, зміни у функціональності та іншу важливу інформацію.

   Робота сповіщень залежить від налаштувань пристрою та дозволів, наданих користувачем.

7. Інтелектуальна власність

   Усі права на Додаток, включаючи код, дизайн, тексти та логотипи, належать розробнику CardFly, якщо інше не зазначено окремо.

   Забороняється копіювання, модифікація або розповсюдження Додатка без дозволу правовласника.

8. Зміни умов

   Розробник залишає за собою право змінювати ці Умови у будь-який час.

   Продовження використання Додатка після внесення змін означає згоду з оновленими Умовами.

9. Припинення використання

   Користувач може припинити використання Додатка у будь-який момент, видаливши його зі свого пристрою.

   Розробник може обмежити доступ до Додатка у разі порушення цих Умов.
